Common First-Timer Questions

Q: Will it hurt?

A: No! Professional nail care should never be painful. Cuticle work may feel slightly uncomfortable but should not hurt. Tell your technician immediately if something does not feel right.

Q: Should I tip?

A: Tipping is customary in North America. Standard is 15-20% for good service.

Q: Can I bring my own polish?

A: Most salons, including ours, prefer to use professional products for quality assurance, but ask first.

Q: What if I do not like the result?

A: Speak up! Reputable salons want you happy and will make adjustments.

Q: How often should I get services?

A: Manicures every 2-3 weeks, pedicures every 4-6 weeks is typical.
